I like the shapes and curves but in my opinion the proportions are a bit wrong and make it look like a toy. The hull should be considerably thinner to make the ship look longer and more elegant.

Nice rendering, but I think you used too much black, especially in the flag.. It looks like a mourning yacht! :)
